We acquired the business in 2017 operating as a restaurant offering bargain basement weddings and events.
Identifying an opportunity to apply our philosophy, style and operating model as well as a substantial refurbishment both internally and externally Lyme Breeze today is a successful venue.
With a core "Casual Kitchen" format for walk-ins offering drinks, hot beverages, cakes, lite bites and snacks, Lyme Breeze is also available for exclusive use weddings and events.
Launching our "Covid Guarantee" during lockdown saw an increase in bookings allowing couples to change dates.
Today Lyme Breeze is a thriving Wilshaws venue with a strong reputation in its geographical area which is both profitable and in demand.
